I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms had stunning views of the port and windows that opened onto the seafront. Although I couldn't switch rooms due to a late arrival, everything was very clean and tidy. The bathroom was well presented, but I had a small issue with water spilling onto the floor after a shower.

The hotel had a well-appointed and comfortable room, but it was small and lacked a view, which affected my experience. The service was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The location is superb, right in the center of Port de Pollensa, although street-facing rooms can be noisy. The dining options were absolutely amazing with a huge variety, but the price was a concern. Overall, a mixed stay with notable positives and negatives.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room I stayed in was stunningly beautiful and surprisingly quiet despite facing a busy roundabout. The only downside was the limited shelf space available.
